"the results are good, not as extreme as i expected but i am only on day six. The pain is there but its definitly tolerable, i am just dis satisfied with how much they move around and slide off, my upper teeth are whiter then my bottems because i cannot get them to stay on my bottem teeth for more then 10 mins max.
